I wish this bloating would go away! I'm eating differnet things every day so I've no idea what's causing it! :(

What a bad weekend for food!! It's one of those months where I'm pre TOTM for over a week... just getting on my nerves now! I just want to eat everything!! :(

Oh well... I woke up with a maintain weigh in which I'm pleased with considering! I ate too many sweet things!

Hey hun how u doing? Have u tried asking in the chemist for something to help with the bloating? I've bn AWOL over the wknd & food choices have js bn dire. From Friday at work till yesterday. Was going to avoid WI but went & gained 1.5. Attempting to get back on it this wk but head not in the rite frame but will try my hardest. Want my stone for Xmas which is another half stone loss so should be easily achievable IF I get my finger out!!!

Ur food is still looking good.

Hi! I'm doing OK thank you, relief as finally reached star week! I went to the doctors a few years ago and they just said it was IBS. I'm sure they just use that as an excuse sometimes. But I've never thought to go to the chemist to ask! I may do that this weekend! Thank you for the tip!

Don't worry 1.5lbs is OK! You can definitely lose that in a week :) My food choices have been pretty bad too, especially what I chose to eat at the weekend! But I'm moving on from that now. My cousin is starting group again next Saturday so I'm going to go with her. Hopefully this might give me a little bit of added motivation!

You'll get the stone loss you want for Christmas! :) I want a stone loss for March - my 31st! So fingers crossed I can get there :)

Quick thought - do you have a boiled egg every day? Maybe miss this for a few days and see how the bloating is, I know it is only one egg but you never know!!!!

It could be! I think I'm going to have to continue with what I eat and then miss one item a day. I have a feeling it might be muller lights... but the morning one doesn't affect me! Neither does the morning egg! It's really strange! I get bloated at the same time every day - just after lunch. Will do a process of elimination! x

I've had a terrible weekend food wise. Ate so many bad things! Had a Christening yesterday and I had way too much buffet food! 3 cupcakes!!!!

Well it's paid off, I've gained 1.5lbs - fresh attempt today! Luckily I've eaten all the bad stuff in the house so I have nothing to tempt me! Actually going to go to weigh in on Saturday too so hoping that's a little extra motivation for me!

Hi!

I tried not eating a few things, went eggless for one day and still got the bloat! I've not been too bad today, eaten what I ate when I was bloated too! My body is strange!

How is everything with you? How is the house coming on?! x
