Morning

Things good but still things going wrong but OH dealing with it now!! So glad it's Friday, I am so tired & jst want a decent sleep & to chill over the wknd! Changed my WI to a Saturday as no longer going to classes so I am going out to a fantastic Chinese buffet:)

That's good to hear! I love a good chinese buffet! Having a Chinese myself tonight! I'm starting weigh ins for a bit on Sat mornings, hoping it will inspire me! But then again I'm taking my friend to afternoon tea tomorrow! haha oh well eh.... I have a whole week to burn it off!

I'm busy busy! Lots of work to be getting through :)

HI! Weekend was good thank you! Food was pretty bad on Saturday - afternoon tea! But I've now joined group and I'm sticking to it! Can't be going to a weigh in after eating over syns! Afternoon tea was very nice though :)

Food for today :) it's definitely motivating me this hopping on scales lark! (at the meetings that is!) No sneaky weigh ins in between as I think my scales read differently!


EE:

Dinner: Pork burger (no bun) 1.5 for mince, cheese, ketchup 1, salad, coleslaw 1.5, chips, corn on cob

It's calmed down a lot, thank you!

I do like my boiled eggs! Try not to eat too many during the week though! It's normally between 5-10 a week. I decided to have one as I need something to eat before I leave for work every morning. So I munch on this before I go and then have my cereal an hour later. I'm going to try to shake things up a bit though.... perhaps start cooking veggie sausages and beans to take to work for breakfast! It would be nice to use my HEX on something else for a change! x
 
I'm the same. Stick 2 same & only really change my dinners. Half the time tho it it jst laziness in preparing. Not sure about re-cooking sausages. Bacon & egg muffins r nice.

Get muffin tray line wi bacon medallions pour over whisked egg. U can add cheese tomatoes even sliced sausage chuck in oven at 180 for about 15mins. Can freeze them & take out as needed :)

Dinner: Bacon & Butternut squash risotto

Snacks: 2 apples, 2 ryvita fruit HEX B, choc spread 3, powdered milk 1

I had my first weigh in on Saturday and I was dreading it! Was really worrying that I wouldn't have lost any weight but I managed to shift 2.5lbs!! Was really pleased with that. Really hope I can lose something again for next week. Not too optimistic at the moment as I have eaten about 45 syns over the weekend! I guess it's only 15 over what I could have had.... but fingers crossed for a loss or worst case scenario a maintain!! I shall be doing the same as last week and eating 6 - 7 syns a day.


Today's food: EE

Breakfast: egg, bran flakes HEX B, muller light

Lunch: left over chilli 0.5 syns, muller greek 0.5 syns

Dinner: Pasta, bacon, artichokes, leek, FF fromage frais

Snacks: orange, 2 apples, ham, 1 laughing cow light, 20g cheese on pasta HEX A, powdered milk 1 syn, rice pudding 3.5 syns


Syns: 5.5

Week: 50.5
 
Wow that's a brill loss, well done! I know you were worrying about the cream tea you had on Saturday....as you say if you stick to under 10 syns for rest of week what you had at the weekend should even out and you should manage another loss
:) I think a Saturday WI would be good as atleast you get mon-fri to put it right and that's when I'm at my best haha.

Ah yes I remember you saying! How are you getting on with going to group?

I did my first week of 5:2 last week and was easier than I expected it to be. I have lost an inch off my stomach but I haven't been weighed yet so will see what the scales say tomorrow. I have had a bad weekend though so not expecting much although with me being down 3000 calories in a week you would think there would be a small loss. Although I am not bothered if they don't go down because I know my waist measurement has gone down :) xx
