Friday weighers

Only half a pound for me this week - but I have lost about another 0.5% of my body fat, which is great!

My other half said he thought I looked like I'd lost more than 1/2 a pound and I certainly think my legs look noticeably thinner, so the extra toning sessions and the 30 Day Shred must be having an effect.

Not as much as I would have liked, but better than the STS I expected!

Well done all you spectacular losers - I am resigning myself to the fact that I am going to be a plodder, but as long as the majority of it goes within a reasonable time scale I will be happy.
 
Morning Friday Weighers.
Well, after my extremely poor loss of only 2lb in 6 weeks which averages at 0.33lbs per week, I've had a fab loss this week........2lbs off!!!!!!!!
So only 2lbs to target, which I hope doesnt take another 6 weeks as I set my new target date at the 12th August!
The problem Im having.....its a nice problem tho......I have socials on every week at the mo, Summer ball tomorrow, husbands leaving doo next Thursday etc etc........Im still really focused when Im not socialising, so at least I can get back on track/plan 6 days out of the week!

Well done so far everyone :D And a big thanks to all who congratulated me on reaching target last week xxx

I have managed to STS this week which is amazing after Silverstone weekend & a family BBQ, especially as on Tuesday I was weighing in at 3 lbs gain!!! I did want to lose a couple more pounds for some room to move but that can happen over the next few weeks so pleased with this. Its also my first STS - feels a bit strange but I need to get used to it as thats the whole point in being at target weight lol!

Have you checked out the 'maintaining' posts on the forum, as always very informative & may give you a few tips i.e having an extra HEB to maintain.
Hopefully I will be joining you in the 'target club' asap! Also, like you I would like to lose a few pounds under my target weight of 8.7 stone down to 8.3 stone as it will give that little bit of 'fudge factor' for those naughty few occasions when I have a blow out!!! But as we all say, SW is a way of life now & as long as we stick to the concept we should/will stay at target....-/+ a few pounds!!!
 
Just weighed in.... Not as horrific as I thought.. 5lbs on!!!! I think it's going to take me a while to get back down to target but after nearly a month off plan um ready!!

Well done to everyone else on your losses!! Mela, sts is brilliant, Ive gained as soon as I hit target, maintaining is hard!! Xxx

Thats jusy reminded me to keep a check on fat percentage, I did it when I first started and it was horrific!
My hubby said I look like ive had a good loss, and I also felt it this week but just 1 lb? Weird

Well done everyone - even the gains cos they're not as bad as expected. I managed to lose 1 lb this week. Think I've evolved into a slow loser too cos I eat loads of speed foods but still cant get a bigger loss. not complaining - its still coming off, just not as fast as I want!! lol.

Of course *week arrived again - and again it was unexpected so that could have something to do with it. Not to worry, I need to concentrate on the next few days cos I'm trading at a festival tomorrow so today I haven't had a chance to go food shopping and there isn't much in the fridge so I'm gonna have to get creative for tomorrows food. Can't imagine there'll be much healthy food to buy at a festival.

As if that wasn't enough, hubby has decided we're off camping first thing sunday morning for 3 days so I have a couple of hours to get to the supermarket tomorrow then get some cooking done saturday night :eek: :mad: so that I can try and stay on plan while we're away. :sigh: Wish me luck! lol

Goodness me Who La Hoop, I've just looked at your stats & you have lost consistently every week & should be very proud of your losses!
Im a bit of a plodder in the weight loss department as well, its taken me 35 weeks to lose 36 pounds, with some gains, losses & STS....but Im now only 2lbs from target, just keep at it you will get there in the end.
Do you exercise? I was hitting a bit of a plateaux a few months back & started cycling & haven't looked back!

Thank you! I am proud of my losses, and I don't really mind if I lose slowly as long as I'm losing - though I do confess four 0.5lb losses in a row made a bit :rolleyes: as I still have quite a way to go to target.

You're definitely right about the exercise! I usually go to the gym a couple of times a week, but I stepped it up this week and lost 3 pounds :D

Morning all. Well after a disappointing half pound last week, I lost 2lbs this week so I'm pleased with that. Most importantly, I am not longer obese - first target met!

Good luck today, well done all your losers.
 
I've lost 2lbs - only 3lbs away from target now! I am soooo happy! I went out for dinner on Wednesday and it was a set menu that ended up being 6 courses of Mexican food.... Thought I'd ruined it, my loss might have been better without it but I'm ok with this as I'm back in target range!

I managed to have a good WI result this week, even after a bad weekend. I lost half a pound so am just under target and therefore managed to maintain again :D

Also thanks for all your kind words last week ladies and Kim I am going to introduce an extra HEb over the next few weeks I think as I'm at target so don't want to keep on losing! Although a couple of extra pounds for some room to move now & then won't hurt lol! x

I lost one this week that's 11 in total and I'm at a wedding tomorrow so I'm pleased!hood luck those yet to weigh n well done no matter what result those who've weighed x

Hi, can i join you? I weigh in on a friday.I have been doing SW from home for just 3 weeks and i have lost 12lb already! Im doing EE and loving it! Finding it very easy at the mo, but sure i am going to hit a wall at some point and need all the help i can get! The only thing i struggle with is making food my fussy kids will eat! Im stuck with roast dinner most days or making myself something totaly different!! Sure i will find more recipe's as the weeks roll on though. This site is fab xx

Wow girls, some great losses this week! I lost a pound this week, so 1lb from target! Need to get some more cycling in to shift this last bit of weight, but work & socialising really does get in the way!
 
Hiya, im a newbie and I do SW at home, my weigh in day is Friday and have come across this thread.
My first weigh in was a 5lb loss bringing me from 11 7.5 to 11 2.5. Very very very pleased :D will be back here on Friday to add my next weigh loss!! x
