This is going to be an interesting week for me!! I'm normally a red day girl - but I didn't have a great weekend - I went out for a takeaway and pigged out on homemade bread on sunday - so I'm trying to make up for it this week...... I have *invented* a 5 of 5 week. this is going to sound really silly, but i've challenged myself to:
5 days
5 superspeed foods
5 glasses of water
5 syns (or less)
5 30min workouts
I'm on day 3 so far and it's killing me!!! I can't keep off the loo - I think the superspeed foods are generally going straight through me! Mostly eating raspberries, straberries and melon. But I think the workouts are helping..... I'll keep you all posted!! x
