From 14 stone to 13 stone

I think a STS on * week is the equivalent of a loss - so well done :D
 
Thank you my dear, the thoughts of having to wait another week is pure torture and also hoping it will happen

Sneaky peak at scales suggests a 2lb loss or more for Friday, if it's anything more than 2 i'm outa here lol....keeping my fingers crossed I see the 13's :)
 
2 and half pound off, got my 2 stone award this morning :D:D takes me down to 14st 3 1/2lb.....yippee!! Watch out 13's won't be long now (I hope) ;)
