Well hopefully we'll be headed downwards this week I really hope so, this week hasn't been the best and I feel well grim and bloated! I really wanted to get my BMI to 35 in time for the hospital appointment but I think that's a pipe dream now as it's only a week away! :/ x

Hi there - I got to 15st on Monday, now aiming for the 14 mark - and that's the first time I've been this (er,'light' doesn't seem quite appropriate!) in about 20 years! Thank God I'm a born hoarder - I've been dragging old kit out of suitcases and finding that a) it fits again, and b) waddyaknow, it's more or less back in style!
