From 14 stone to 13 stone

Hi all, I lost 3lb this week taking me to 14st 12lb so I'm hoping to join you . I would love to get another 3lb off this week to get to my 1 1/2 stone award... you never know

I'm the same. Hoping for 3 off for my stone award. Fingers crossed. Not wholly fussed if it's this week or next but trying hard!!! Good luck and keep us posted!!!

I stayed the same this week at 14.4. Will probably show a gain this week As have been off plan for days now-- but still in this group (I started in the 18s)!so it's still good.
