ProPoints From binge eating to a 58 pound weight loss

Hey! :) Just read through your diary! It looks fab :)

Personally, I calorie count as well as point watch to ensure I don't go under 1250cal/day as an absolute minimum x I've used upto half my weeklies then only 16 and my weight loss was the same both weeks, my aunt used every single one of her weeklies and still lost so it depends on the individual, personally, they're more of an emergency so I don't feel guilty for a takeaway or starve myself to be allowed a treat in the evening every so often :) xx

16 ml cold water (0 point)

Snack: Irish diet yogurt (2 points)

All of the above only comes to 20/26 points. Help ! Its seems like i am eating good and health do i really need to add in something else of 6 points if i am not hungry??

Hey just reading ur diary. What size is ur baked pot? Only 3pp seems so low. X
 
Hi Kerry,

I hadnt got access to my weighing scales when i was having dinner but look it up in the book and it said 3 propoints for 150 g. Thought this would be the average size of a standard potatoe. Sure a standard potaoe probable weighs higher :( Must weigh it when i get home. Thanks for pointing this out to me. At least it will push my propoints nearer to the 26 point mark.

How are you finding the weight watchers?
 
Ok all here is an update on how i got on yesterday with my weekly goals

- Cut out processed foods which are full of salt and sugar: Avoided salty foods. however, I had baked beans which is a processed food but I had the ones with no added sugar, which in my opinon are way healthier.

- Bring healthy packed lunches to work: Brought all my healthy lunch and snacks with me to work. Brought no money which will guarantee no vending machine :)

- Try and get out for a walk at lunch time weather permitting: Got out for a 40 min walk at lunch. Weather was good and dry which makes a change

- Get to the gym for a good workout thursday evening before weigh in day: Planning to go to the gym after dinner tonight for my last chance workout before weigh in tomorrow. :)

- Stick within my 26 propoints: Achieved with a struggle but will get used to it eventually :eek:
 
Ok All, It is lashing rain today. Doesnt look like I will get out for my lunch time walk ! :cry:
 
Just noticed that i forgot to post my menu for yesterday (Wednesday). Dinner was fab and so filling, I was barely able to eat it all...but it was so nice I had to :) Just managed to eat all propoints :eek:

Worked my ass off at da gym tonight. Weigh in tomorrow better not see a gain in da scales :eek:
 
Good luck for today hun!! p.s IF its not the result u want, remember sometimes exercise can look like its stalling weight loss on the scales, but not in inches ;) xxx
 
O my god.................................... Had my weigh in this morning............................lost 3.2 pounds :) cant believe it!

Well done on ur 2 pound loss. I say I used well over my weeklies dis week :) had too good of a time eating crap last weekend due to the bank holiday. Was determined to keep the weight down so went to da gym twice dis week with da hope of maintaining so delighted with over 3 pound. Its feels great when u lose weight wen u dont expect it :)

yup weighed in today and STS, not surprised really this week i have been using my points quite a bit for chocolate....this just stalls me!! i didnt even really enjoy it much lol! so back to my wee 1 & 2 way of eating, but still 8.5lbs in three weeks, happy with that :) xxxx
