From here to Eternally Slim Team June - July Challenge

It does Patsy, but hey.. its nice food and loosing weight too on it, can't be bad. Mmmm that food sounds yummy that you've cooked. Ive got a tuna salad for lunch, with batchelors savoury rice and minted new potatoes, then strawberries. All washed down with a pint of water.. My son should then have finished mowing the lawn and I'll be out there too, lol. x

Just a 0.5lb loss to report this week:(, not sure why either as I have been following the program just as I was doing. Can't even blame * week as I don't get periods as I have a coil.

Oh well will have to try harder next week, it is just difficult at the mo as OH is working away in Italy so I can't get any time away from the kids to do any exercise.

Hi Jude.

Not to worry, as you said you've been following the plan all week, so it'll come off next week. I had a slow loss this and last week too. Not sure why and I've gone back to writing it all down and sticking to Red til WI day.. might help (I hope ;) ). Good luck for next week hun and remember thats still weight off :) xx

You are still going in the right direction hun, and have seen it loads of times on here... follow plan 100% again next week and you will get a better weight loss than you expect.:D

No loss to report this week, however at least there are no gains either. Its good I managed to shift everything I put on over the holiday break. To be honest I still expected to have kept part of the gain considering how much I fell off the wagon.

Anyway I don't think I will complete the challenge this month, short of lopping of a limb that is :8855:.

hi guys as you know ive stopped going to sw and get weighed at the doctors

well today the doctors scales have me wi 10lbs less than sw so im well chuffed just
hope there accurate

im not going to use this towards the challenge im just going to start a fresh in july

dont feel down im sure youll have an amzing loss next week. i also dont have perionds because i have the injection but still have all the other symptoms eg bloating bad pmt lol

Well I screwed up this week and it is all my own fault. :break_diet: Tomorrow morning I will get back onto plan and will have a loss next week. :D

Congrats to all those with good weight losses this week.

As I won't be weighing in again before 1st July I've not completed the challenge but I've still lost 8lb's this month so I'm really happy with that, just wish I could stay on plan. :sigh: But I will try harder! :eek:
 
Hi Rosie. Never mind re this week, tomorrow that will then be behind you. 8lb is still a very good achievement and that's half a dress size lost as well. Health better, lower Bmi as well. All positives honey. Thats definately something 2 be really proud of :) . Have u set your next challenge? X
