From morning to afternoon weigh in....9th weigh in!!

Well what a day, this afternoon weigh in has been bothering me all week, I usually weigh in at 9.15am and now due to work I can't weigh in till 2.15. I just seemed to be travelling at 100mph today however good news...4lbs off. 52lbs in total in 9weeks and I am now in the 11stones. happy...hell yeah bring on the 10s xxx
