Fromage Frais Recipie

Help, i have 400g of fromage frais going out of date in two days and I don't know what to do with it.
I would like to make a low syn dessert but all the ones i have found on here have muller light or jelly in them and as a veggie I can't eat these.
Any Suggestions? Please!
 
Ummm sweetned fromage frais, mixed berrys and a crushed merange nes is nice. or you could try mixing some options into it..... i like the white chock one or the orrange with some orrange segmants!!!! :D hope that helps
 
Hubby just sweetens it, adds vanilla flavouring or essence, and calls it 'chantilly cream!' That goes with EVERYTHING...!!!
