i mix my fromage frais with a sachet of low fat white chocolate options (2 syns) and some berrys and make my own mirangue and crush it with it! yummy! u can use any flavour whatever tickles ur fancy! or u can put some low cal sweetner and mix fruit wit it also yummy!
I use mine in a sauce to go with steak. Cook shallots/onions in the pan u cooked ur steak in, add a beef stock cube and a sprinkle of powdered mustard. Add some chopped mushrooms and cook to ur liking then take off the heat and stir in some fromage frais and chopped fresh parsley.
