frozen cream?

has anyone ever frozen cream (Elmlea single lightest ideally)..... I can' t be let loose with a pot giving me the glad eye whenever I go into the fridge - but the pot says do not freeze? 1 syns worth could make boring food into a symphony

It cannot be frozen unless it is incorporated into a cooked dish.
