frozen roasties

does anyone know the pp value of one normal roastie? it says 4pp for one medium one in the pocket guide but thats cooked in lard / oil ... i was at my stepmums so i couldn't look at the calories n do my normal divide by 40 malarky gutted

also can i just times the number by how many roasties i had or is it like bread n 2 + 2 doesn't = 4?

any help will be appreciated, muchos love xxx

What make were the roasties? I had the Aunt Bessies midweek roasties and 100g=3pp! Nae bad!

i presume aunt bessies or asda's own ... how many did you have for 100g? i thought they'd be a lot higher whoop whoop xxx

There was about 8 small ones! And that was frozen weight!

100g (oven baked) Aunt Bessies crispy roast potatoes in 4pp. Not sure how many actual pots that would be but they aren't bad at all!
