Frozen Veg

Hi there

I am new to SW and was just wondering if frozen veg still counts as superfree. I cant get to a class until next week but trying to get myself familiar to it beforehand so I have an idea.

Yes frozen vegetables still count as your SuperFree, provided it's not sweetcorn, peas or parsnip - although these are Free, they are not SuperFree.
