Frozen yogurt syns please!

I'd really appreciate it if someone could syn this frozen yogurt recipe please, it's from a local chain and it sounds too good to be true!!


Natural flavour, per 100ml
60 kcal
Protein 2.7g
Carb 12.21g (of which sugars 12.20g)
Fat 0g

Chocolate, per 100ml
72 kcal
Protein 2.68g
Carb 14.8g (sugars 14.71g)
Fat 0g

Is there a free food allowance for the fat free yog, plus any residual syns?

I don't know serving size I'm afraid but if you could calc per 100ml that would still be super helpful!!

I don't think there is a free food allowance on frozen yoghurt... so I think it would be 1 syn for every 20 cals.
