Fruit n fibre on SW Extra Easy

Hello everyone,

I Have just joined this forum but have been using it for research on and off for a few weeks! :)

My question is about the healthy extra b allowance on extra easy. In the book, it states 28g plus 1 oat/scan bran and after reading a couple of posts I now understand that this is because there isn't enough fibre in the cereal alone. But.....

What if you eat more of the cereal (and no scan bran), such as 50g? More grams = more fibre???

Would be grateful for some advice please :confused:

In the past I have always disagreed with people changing elements of the SW plan.
They made the plan for us we have to follow it.
I dont think just upping the cereal will give you enough fibre to make the heb.
Its why you need the scan bran-you can also have half a ryvita ;)

however recently SW have upped some of the other cereals and skipped the need for scan bran.

So I would say give it a try, if you dont lose or have problems. Then this would be one of the first things to look at. :)
