Berried fruit is very good. I had a small punnet, 100g , as a portion.

aww thanks, i've been havin less than that, i did go on the nhs website and it gives a list of portion size there for your 5 a day, might just use them guidelines after refeed tho xx

Yep, following the 5a day guidelines seems like a good idea :) but usually it will say on the packet how many grams are equal to one portion of 5 a day.
