Fruit salad question??

    I have gone a bit ott on the fruit and it's starting to go a bit icky so want tomake a big bowl off fruit salad what can I put on it to stop it going brown and dry normally I would use orange juice but don't want the syns what do you put on yours ??

    I always eat it with a topping of fat free vanilla yogurt, totally free and if your fruit is turning a bit brown, you cant see what it looks like - plus it tastes lovely

    squeeze a load of lemon over it - that usually works well. Enjoy with a big dollop of FF yoghurt! x

    if you cut it up into fat free yoghurt you can keep it for a couple more days in the fridge then - and it makes the yogurt taste scrumptious too.

    hi ladies i just wanted you to know that vanilla or fruit flavour fat free yougurt is not free. well thats what i have in my sw book its 0.5 sins per 100g pleas elet me know if its any different xoxo

    Some vanilla and flavoured ones are not free - the yeo valley organic fat free vanilla is synned but the onken fat free vanilla is free. Of course the famous muller lights are free too.
    Check each individual variety before eating.

    freeze it, i freeze all my fruit (dont bother with strawbs tho- did that and today they trasted like they were half pureed!

    I don't buy flavoured fat free yog - just natural yog and flavour it myself with fruit &/or sweetener. Scrummy

    i pour diet lemonade on my fruit salads to stop them going a brown colour when they are in the fridge

    oh i have diet lemonade in that sounds good does it make the fruit taste funny though ??
