Hi can anyone tell me what site they use for counting calories in fruit or vegetables please. i use mfp but some seem way less than other sites. confusing.com.lol.x can anyone tell me how many calories in one passion fruit meduim,flesh only,am addicted to them.x

medium could vary in size and with that the calories and sugar content. Back of the packet if its packaged that is should have the nutritional value.
if its loose then best to check online calorie counter database.

best bet is to weigh the flesh along with seeds if you are eating them also then go from there.


Ive checked on three diffrent websites and its all

17 calories per 18g of flesh. for a typical passion fruit

thanks SM. i dont eat the skin, didnt even know you can, i eat the seeds only.so around 20 cals for the seeds per fruit is ok.kl.thanks.
