All frylights and saladlight (made by the same people, ceaser or balsamic dressing) are all free =)

Is it only free to a restricted number of sprays? Not that I can imagine you could over use it but for stir fry I have had to add more in whilst cooking

I always end up adding more - and more! I find the directions to use "three sprays" or whatever are more of a guideline, at least in my house!

I have the salad dressings and usually need 10 sprays to taste anything so I count half a syn - cos its 1 cal a spray..
