Hi guys im new to slimming world and i wanted to ask a couple of things i hope you dont mind!
Firstly is steak free as long as all visible fat is trimmed (on EE) and also does it matter how much frylite you use? Ive been spraying quite a bit to do roast pots etc and wondered if there is a limit to the amount of sprays and then it becomes syns! Thanks in advance xx
