I suffer from constipation and use the orange and lemon flavoured fybogel packs does anyone know if these would affect ketosis?

I suggest you avoid the lemon and orange varieties in case they contain citric acid which is known to knock some people out of ketosis. The plain one, if you are used to it should be ok.
