Not sure what to put here!
Well after one week on SW I lost 2.5lb :D
So thats good, tho I know it wont be that every week, but im aiming for a 1lb a week. Hopefully 2 stone by xmas!!
Im 40 in March so hoping to lose 3
stone for def by then, just not going to
push myself like i have before, starve myself ect, cus I just pile on more weight when I eat normal again!
I love going out, but have found now im a fat arse, dont like going out, tho
my other half has got a gig at the end of the month, so i go to that, and god help any groupies, there get there heads flushed down the toilet lol
Guess when im back to the weight i was when we met I wont care, cus I know I look damn good :cool:
But I know he loves me and would never stray, but when you dont feel good about yourself, you get paronoid dont you!!
Insecure!!
Anyway im waffling too much :D

Good idea starting a diary, it helps you keep all your thoughts, ideas and ramblings etc etc together! xxx

Well ive ordered free food book
and syns directory from ebay.
And Hermercitus gold as well,
I used to have the gold ones years ago, because they are so like sugar, but dont seem to stock them in shops anymore!!
So I shall be saving alot on sugar syns thats for sure.

Lost 2lb :D
Stuck to red most of week, tho do find it a bit harder to do, or maybe its cus im lazy, and green days is easy noodles pasta ect, just need to cook more for red days.
Be interesting to see if i lose more on red than green, tho guess id have to do a whole week green!
Think the sweetners are helping, tho do miss my sugar in tea, dont drink so much now, tho im addicted to sugar free cherryade from co-op
Well not much else to report really!
