GALAXY SACHET HOT CHOCOLATE

Hi everyone,

I've got another question on syn value. Does anyone know the syn value of a single serving sachet of GALAXY instant hot chocolate, please? I know all the other brands, like Options etc, are 2 syns but can find nothing anywhere about this brand. On the packaging it says 97 calories. (Hmm that sounds high). And underneath that is 5%, whatever that means. Any ideas?

Is it a 25g sachet? If so it will be 5 Syns.

Hi Stevie. Thanks for replying. Yes they are 25g sachets. Ouch, 5 syns. I won't be buying those any more. I could have a Scotch and slimline coke for less. lol lol lol.
