Gammon free on ee?

Hi I am new to sw, can anyone tell me if you have to remove the fat off gammon before cooking for it to be free? I am using a Morrisons gammon joint.

I believe it's fine as long as u remove before eating. If ur gonna be tempted to eat it though I'd remove first x

All meat should have the fat trimmed off x

Depends on what type of Gammon. Alot of the stuff you buy in supermarkets is reconstituted and is not free, but if its a proper bit of gammon,. not the gamoon rounds you should be okay.
