Why use garlic puree when you can just crush fresh garlic for free? Can't see the point myself.

Im wanting to make a garlic base pizza and was just weighing up my options. Cant decide whether to use a bit of syns and use garlic puree, or to spray a lil bit of frylight and add proper garlic.

    Open to ideas...??

Yep it's basically just garlic in vinegar - if it was in oil that would be a different matter
