I'm doing quite well, I've lost around 25 pounds and 3 inches so far since mid-december. I don't think I look drastically different, and I fail to notice that I have thinned down.
I've also transitioned from Obese II to Obese I and I'm almost overweight. My ideal weight is 150 pounds, I'm 200 pounds now.

I put the Vanillia into coffee as it makes it like a lattee, this far down the line im actually living on the vanillia and the chicken soup as fed up with the rest!
