Getting back on it again!!!!

Risotto looks yummy, I don't tend to make them as they do seem to take forever to make. It's good that you're happy going into work, I'm desperately trying to get away from my job, with no luck so far :-( but I'm sure it will come. Xxx

Been busy last few days Su not had chance to post my menus. Have been good though and stuck to plan been doing a lot of cooking too made a lovely curry last night and some spicy meatballs tonight. Starting to get a bit more creative with my cooking so all us good. Hoping for a small weight loss tomorrow, hopefully another pound. Got an app to see my consultant tomorrow at hospital then my MRI next thurs so hopefully will have some news on what's going to happen next with my hip. Hope everyone else is keeping on track. Xxx

Hi there just checking in :) your risotto looks amazing !! Don't beat yourself up about a STS it's easier said than done but need to draw a line get back on it and hope for an extra loss next week. Good luck :) have a good weekend x
 
How did you get on at the hospital the other day? Hope you've managed to re-focus now. We all have blow outs! I've had more than my fair share just lately, but we can still pull it back xxx

Well I am back after an awful week off plan hopefully now re focused. Had my MRI scan yesterday and seeing consultant on tues to discuss results and next step. Went for my induction for exercise on referral and have my first session on Sunday, looking forward to that. Hope everyone else is good x
 
Welcome back, was wondering where you'd got to. I'm trying to get back on plan too, but got my friends wedding tomorrow with a hog roast in the evening so I feel it will not go well diet wise. I can try my best though and not overdo the alcohol. Hope you are well xxx

Thanks lizzie I am back on track after my bad week. Posted my menus but not on here did it on weighing in on a Thursday from home thread. Need to put my menus on here now.
 
Well managed to loose the 5 pounds I put on last week again but mad at myself for doing it in the first place! Here's some pics of food I have eaten this week.

Yesterdays food in pics, also had two Alpen light bars, a glass of milk and a frys cream (addicted). Went swimming for first time in years at local leisure centre was great only about five other people in there, managed about 30 lengths doing backstroke and my hip felt fine. Also had another walk with my mum. Been using map my walk and showed as 2.8 km, done this every day since mon. Also did easy line circuits on weds night so pretty certain that's why I lost the 5 pounds this week!

Another two pounds gone this week and a move into a new stone barrier, happy days.
 
Need to be orgainised and start writing down my food diaries again really let that slip last few weeks. Well 10 weeks until I go on my family hols and so want to be in the 12's by then so I have some work to do.
 
Menu for yesterday.

Breakfast. 2 Weetabix, 2satsumas, skimmed milk and cup of tea.

Lunch. chicken fillets with lime and coriander, large salad, muller yogurt. Ribena.

Dinner. Chicken curry topped with a blob of coconut greek muller. Diet Cherry coke.

Snack. Frys cream 10 syns.

No exercise again.
 
To swim or not to swim??? went swimming last Friday and really enjoyed it, but there must have only been 5 of us in the pool due to the gorgeous weather, today it is chucking it down and miserable!
 
Well went to the pool and forgot there was a triathlon on, gutted, so instead I went into town did some retail therapy and then popped into costa for a skinny latte and no cake, get me! Had a good weekend totally on plan so still 100% focused still.
