I really didn't feel like cycling today so I got up and looked at mins sw. Got some inspiration and off I went at 7 15am.

Lovely day and I managed to get to about ten miles ...so pleased

I am sure that all this exercise will help me get to a healthy weight and when I get there I will be fit for life

so I am really busy with work next week but am going to

DVD .......Monday
Walk ......Tuesday
Gym ......Wednesday
Spin.......Thursday
Circuit....Friday
Cycle ....Saturday and Sunday

Of course I wont do it all but if I do 3/4 it will mean a fitter faye
