Getting lazy

    I've noticed lately that i am picking things like 2 or 3 chips off kids plate and a bit of sausage left over. First it didn't knock me out of ketosis but it has now.

    I am realy missing food now but have 1 stone to go.

    Shouldn't you be moving to 790 now with only a stone to go honey?

    Might give it a try it might stop munchies.

    The munchies are especially bad on days i go to the gym.

    Definitely sounds like time to move to the next step. Speak to your CDC and have a look in your Weight Care booklet.

    No, but I have clients who have successfully lost weight doing that instead of SS, and others using it as part of their maintenance and they still lose weight.
