I thought I would join these forums for a little bit of advice. I am getting married next year and would love to find THE perfect dress. However need to lose weight. Now in an ideal world, I would love to lose about 8 stone (13 months), but need to start looking for my dress in Dec/Jan. I dont want to do shakes diets, have booked a personal trainer for twice a week and will try to go to the gym another 3 times a week.
Im not sure on what "diet" to follow though, to give me faster results but in a healthy sustainable way. I was going to do slimming world, but that is going to be an awful lot of carbs and Im not sure if that is best or not?
Any tips, ideas etc would be appreciated. Thanks
