Getting my body back - vegetarian EE

Back to work today - for a few hours. Was manic as usual but nice to be back and to see everyone. Some of the ladies in the office have invited me to a diet club where they weigh each week and they are mainly trying to maintain so think that will be good for me when I go back to work


By the time you get to work you will probably be maintaining too.

That is such a nice working environment, I am sure when people bring goodies in its rare or healthy.

You and the ladies are all in the same boat. Makes it easier to socialise with them too.

Weigh in day and 1lb off. 3.5st lost and now 4lb to lose - on count down. Kept flicking to 9.10 so close to 2lb off this week which is frustrating but any loss is the right way just got to keep focused x
 
Thursday
B French fried bread with banana and choc shot (2)
L Quorn turkey burger wedges and roast veg with blue cheese Mayo hea and (2)
D Sw sweet pot curry and rice
Snacks 1/4 a banana, kids strawberry fruit sweets (2) chocolate (7)
Syns 13
Bad night have an infection from Bf and really hot so couldn't sleep. On the mend a bit today have antibiotics. Otherwise good day and chillied out this morning and consultant for my sons snoring at hospital pm - early night for me tonight x

Absolutely right a loss is the right direction big or small is wonderful :)

Friday A bad day I have had breakfast and lunch already - tiredness seems to be so bad for my diet so decided better to eat lunch than snack hopefully can eat an early tea. Am at least feeling better now I have eaten lunch.
B porridge, heb banana and honey (1)
L Quorn turkey burger with cheese, wedges, roasted veg, blue cheese Mayo (1)
D Gnocchi (4) with pesto (6) artichoke (3) roasted veg, asparagus and sugarsnap peas
Snacks chocolate (7) nectarine
Syns 22
Really not well this afternoon, partner sorted food out tonight so not very Sw friendly but needed. Early night tonight and hopefully a better one tomorrow

Good choice having lunch early that snacking on some high syn stuff.

Main goats cheese onion and artichoke tart with roast potato and pesto
Bread and butter
Cake at home with a little bit of ice cream
D mango and melon as felt I needed some fruit after dinner

Too many Syns don't even know where to start on counting them.

The starter was lovely apart from their oatcakes were a bit stale. The pear seemed to be poached in Red wine but with vinegar as well and on top of the blue cheese stuff there were really small dice of a pickled Apple it was really good flavour. Was nice to have veggie food that was a bit different x
 
Well done on the 1lb loss, hope you are feeling better, I think your lunch sounds yummy too x
thankyou still not 100% having another early one and trying to shake it - my partner seems to be coming down with the same bug x
