Started with frosties for breakfast. Chicken on granary cob, ww crisps, ww yogurt, fruit for lunch.
Chicken with potatoes, veg and gravy tonight.
Already planned a ww cake slice for tonight.
Have a wee look through some of the diaries. You'll get some good ideas there. Takes a while to get your head around the plan but its great once you get used to it. Best of luck xx
I struggled to use mine to start with but as I have lost weight the points have gone down ... I dont struggle anymore I used to have extra meat in a sandwich or wine and chocolate in the evening to use mine up
