getting slim!




just made my lunch for tomorrow & as a student, i dont have heating facilities such as microwaves available to reheat food, so this is what my lunch box often looks like. a salad with something like tuna or sw quiche. & just now thought of cutting sticks of cucumber & pepper with a pot of light phili to dip them in. sometimes i take a sandwich, but i often like to save my hexb for other things. just thought i'd put a photo of what my lunch box looks like on here, maybe it will give some ideas to people who take lunch to college/work? idk, xx

Day 13
Breakfast: vanilla sprinkled with chocolate muller light, banana, grape snack bag

Snack: cherry bakewell alpen light (1/2 hexb), satsuma

Lunch: salad, tuna, cucumber and pepper sticks, Philadelphia el pot (1/2 hexa), double chocolate alpen light (1/2 hexb), banana

Snack: mint chocolate muller light, 3 digestives (oops,serious craving for these!) (9syns)

Dinner: quorn mince, passatta, pasta, sweetcorn, banana and custard Muller light

Total syns: 9

Been so hungry today! Gonna get an early night tonight, stop me eating all those bloody digestives in the cupboard!
 
Day 14
Breakfast: coconut sprinkled with chocolate muller light

Snack: satsuma, alpen light (1/2 hexb)

Lunch: sushi (2 syns), babybell x2 (hexa), alpen light (1/2 hexb)

Snack: vanilla sprinkled with chocolate muller light, 2 rich tea fingers (2 syns)

Dinner: chicken stir fry with low fat super noodles and soy sauce

Total syns: 4
 
Day 15 - weigh in
Breakfast: coconut sprinkled with chocolate muller light, banana

Snack: babybell x2 (hexa), alpen light (1/2 hexb)

Lunch: sushi (2 syns), satsuma

Snack: alpen light (1/2 hexb)

Dinner: pizza! After weigh in treat

Lost 1/2lb at weigh in, okay with that though, considering the pick'n'mix at the beginning of the week, and it's * week for me so was expecting a gain!
 
Day 16
Breakfast: vanilla muller light

Snack: babybell x2 ( hexa), alpen light (1/2 hexb)

Lunch: sushi (2 syns), alpen light (1/2 hexb)

Snack: toffee muller light, rich tea finger x2 (2syns)

Dinner: 'KFC fakeaway' (beans, chicken coated in cous cous mix, sw chips, corn on the cob with flora light (1 syn))

Total syns: 5

Dinner was gorgeous! Tasted so naughty, I love it! I did take a picture, I'll upload it when I get on my laptop:)
 
Day 17
Breakfast: vanilla muller light

Lunch: lettuce, tomato, cucumber, pepper, pickled red cabbage, babybell x2 (hexa), alpen light (1/2 hexb)

Snack: alpen light (1/2 hexb)

Dinner: sw chips, beans, egg, turkey rashers

Ooh and my advent calender chocolate, never to old!;) (1 syn) and a packet of funsize maltesers I'm munching on now:) (5.5 syns)

Total syns: 6.5
 
Day 18
Breakfast: toffee muller light

Lunch: slimming world lasagne (1.5 syns) snap peas, carrots, green beans, vanilla muller light

Tea: tuna mayo (1 syn), flora light (1 syn), wholemeal bread (hexb), babybell x2 (hexa)

And fun size maltesers (5.5 syns)

Total syns: 9
 
Day 19

Confession time, I'm so angry and frustrated at myself! I had such a stressful day, I ended up eating lots and lots of thorntons chocolates I had, when I say lots I mean over 1000 cals lots:( I feel so ashamed and I no it's going to effect my weigh in on Thursday so deffinetly expecting a gain. Going to try and eat as little as possible up to Thursday, try and turn it round a bit. :///
 
I hope so,but it's not looking good at the moment,had a cheeky look on the scales and its showing a 1.5lb gain!:( eatings been good today though, back on track:) x

Breakfast: banana

Lunch: sausage sandwich (3syns & hexb)
