I'm Amanda, 36, and live with my partner in SW London. We're getting married soon (5 months and one day - yes, I'm counting!) which is my reason for starting LL.
In the last 18 months, I've put on over 4 stone (an achievement I'm almost proud of in a weird way, not many have put on so much in so little time!!!) and want to get rid of at least most of it in time for the wedding photos!
I was intoduced to LL and this website by one of my dearest friends, who has been an inspiration to me, whilst I've watched her complete 100 days of LL and shrink before my eyes.
Am on Day Four at the moment, and struggling a little. Getting headaches and feeling hungry, although it's not as bad as I thought it might be.
It's amazing to read of everyone's losses as well as see the before & after photos, it's helping me keep on the straight and narrow!
