GI help on SW please? HELLLLPPP

Just got back from the docs and been told that I need to loose some weight to lower my blood pressure (only 25 so a bit worried!). She advised me to follow the GI and given me some food lists but I really don't know where or how to start. I'm currently on Slimming World and love it but been told to cut the carbs....

Have you tried red/original days, its protein based and not a high carb plan.

Since I have stopped eating so many carbs, I feel so much better for it.

Good luck... my hubby has high blood pressure, but he wont follow anyones advice :rolleyes:

That might be an idea for a change. What do you have for meals on red days? I'm addicted to pasta at the mo - not good!
