I must admit that I do sometimes use ground ginger in my Butterscotch shakes and it tastes divine....many of my clients also use it and it has not affected either their weight loss or ketosis.

As always with these things, it is not part of the official CD program and in some people it will affect their ketosis.
I used ground ginger it is pretty strong and don't need a lot.
How tight are you going to be on the carbs for christs sake.
I dont know why, but this REALLY gave me a chuckle.:D
