Gingers day to day

So day one has passed and I am still alive lol . It's been ok today but I need to drink more water/liquid.
I have had today
Breakfast - banana shake
Lunch - slim fast meal replacement bar
Dinner - omelette with a few chips and salad (big salad)
Snacks I have eaten are
Apple
Salt your own crisps

Now I'm sat watching tv trying to resist my daughters sweets in the kitchen lol
 
Day 2 and I'm still on the wagon,
This because I'm so busy with work it's helping ;-) that and an unnatural love of coke zero. I can't get enough of the stuff have been like that for years. I know it's not good for you but it could be worse I suppose.

Today's food

Breakfast 2x Orange as I was in work early
Lunch - slimfast meal bar
Dinner - chicken breast and pasta
Snack - shake, packet of salt your own

Oft I'm determined to get into the 15s again 9Lbs go get off
 
Day 3 ......well I've been ace today again this is not as scary and hard as I thought but I will review that in a comment in few weeks lol

Today

Homemade split pea soup
Shake
Chicken casserole with mash
Apple
Mallow filled cone (only 20 cals ?)
Shake for supper

Plenty of coke zero, tea and even managed a bottle of water and that is good for me. One of the guys in work actually said he has never seen me with anything but coke lol I hope don't call me cola girl at work behind my back teehee
 
Day 4
Another brilliant day today and was given a beautiful necklace from my partner today was such a lovely wee surprise he is cute

My eating

Breakfast - strawberry shake
Lunch - veg broth and a satsuma
Dinner - chicken breast and salad

Snacks - sf meal bar, vodka and diet lemonade and a packet of frazzles

As you all guessed all washed down with cole zero lol
 
Jumped on the scales this morning and am soooooo happy I have lost 6 lbs since Monday. Not such a black Friday for me lol have a excellent day everyone I know I will

Saturday and weekend number 1

Well it all went ok
Breakfast - banana shake
Lunch - SF meal bar
Dinner chicken kebab and salad (only managed 3/4)

Snack -
Apple and orange
Packet of crisps
Breadsticks and a sneaky couple of gins lol


Was in work for a few hours to cover as one of the other managers called in sick. I am off work till tues now so will even get out for a wee walk at some point
