hi gemma i just count the cals its a lot easier that way.. good luck
i struggle at times like this week havnt lost anything hubby says im jumping on the weighing scales too much. my way day is wednesday but i cant see how im gonna lose anything by then going swiming today for an hour so hopefully that will help.. i just want things to go quicker so easy to put all this weight on but blooming hard to get it off!

i have been doing ok, but yesterday i wasnt 100% and been feeling ill, just had my breakfast now and have planned my dinner tonight so feels easier x
