So I thought I'd write a food diary on here as well to see if I can get any hints/tips on boosting my weight loss.

Breakfast - Skipped breakfast today because I had a lie in
Lunch - Mint and lamb meatballs with pasta and tomato sauce with veg in. (Extra lean lamb mince, onion, mint sauce, mixed herbs and an egg all mixed together to make the meatballs. The sauce was chopped tomatoes with courgette, mushrooms, peppers and garlic in). Topped with 17.5g cheddar (half HEa)
Snack - Banana
Tea - Chicken burgers with slimming world chips and salad. (Extra lean chicken mince with garlic powder, mixed herbs and chilli power for the burgers. I had the burger on a brown roll (HEb) with mushrooms and 17.5g cheddar (remaing HEa allowance). Salad was spinach, cucumber and carrot). Served with a bit of cottage cheese. I also had bbq sauce - 1 syn
Snack - Mug Shot

I made some SW cinnamon buns as well. I ate 1 of these with raisins in at 4.5 syns

I also had a cup of tea with a sugar in 1.5 syns inc milk

Today has been a pretty good day.

Breakfast: banana, strawberries, kiwi fruit

Snack: baked chick peas. Dime bar - 7.5 syns.

Lunch: didn't have lunch because we got back from being out at a strange time so just had an early tea

Tea: chicken, butternut squash and leek bake (chicken breast cut in to chunks and dry fried. Onions and butternut squash fried in a little chicken stock until softened. Leek added and cooked for a few minutes. Mix in the chicken and add a bit more stock. Topped with 30g cheddar (HEa) and baked for 20 minutes.

Pudding: apple crumble attempt 1 - 2 syns. (apple stewed in boiling water with a little sweetener and cinnamon. Topped with 35g porridge oats (HEb) mixed with 1 tbsp of light marg. Sprinkled on top of stewed apples and baked.

It was pretty tasty but a bit dry...need to work on the recipe a bit I think.

Lunch - jacket potato with tuna mayo (1 syn), 2 cheese triangles (part of HEa) and a mountain on celery and beetroot
Snack - strawberries and a banana
Tea - Beef curry with rice (beef, garlic, chilli, onion, courgette, chickpeas, mushroom, chopped tomatoes, green pepper)
Pudding - small milky way 3.5 syns
Cup of tea with one sugar - 1 syns

Total 5.5 syns
 
On it 100% from today

Breakfast: Strawberries and a banana
Lunch: jacket potatoe with beans and a salad (spinach, celery, cherry toms, gherkins)
Tea: chilli chicken drumsticks (soy sauce, chilli sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar mixed together and spread over drumsticks) 2 syns
Supper: cheese on toast (HEa and HEb)
