Hi everyone,

Does anyone know how many syns the Go Ahead! Crispy slices are or the Yoghurt Breaks?

crispy slices are 3 syns per slice
yoghurt ones are 3.5 per slice

Be careful with these, as on the syns online thing, is says crispy breaks/yoghurt breaks (per packet) but then states that the syn value is for an 18g portion - each packet is 36g, meaning the values given are per slice! I only say this because I got caught out not paying enough attention!

However, as Babysham said, the syn values are 3 syns for crispy ones, and 3.5 syns for the yoghurt ones. And they're a fantastic yummy way to beat biscuit cravings
