I have the dry chicken dish... want to say tandoori chicken, but might be wrong so check, I also ask for a small portion otherwise I end up with a whole chicken on my plate!!!
A little boiled rice because I love carbs.
My local indian are good about giving me shredded lettuce with onion cucumber and tomato, which makes up at least half of my plate.
I also have a little piece of my other halfs nan bread, again because I love carbs!

I admit it does not taste the same as a chicken korma, pilau rice and a whole nan... however I know it won't make me as happy as being thinner.

I have on one occassion had chicken korma, a little boiled rice and salad. But I only had a tiny bit of korma, it tasted good but I wasn't as full as I am when I have the tandoori chicken.

Good luck, and I hope you enjoy whatever you order!

Ah thanks Lindsey!! In the end i had a chicken tikka shashlick which came loaded with onion tomato and peppers and 1 chappati which was really dry, no oil dripped all over it! Made myself a little kebab with a bit of mint yoghurt! Was quite nice actually but i could have quite happily have ate a whole portion of garlic fried rice but i resisted!! Lol! x
