going out tomorrow

Hi!

it is my first week on SW and so far my scales only say i have lost around a pound :( It is also my other halfs birthday tomorrow and i was wondering what the best option for eating out would be. If i did a red day could we have steak and maybe split a dessert? or should i do a green day and opt for a pasta in tomato sauce?

Why not have an Extra Easy day? You can have steak, jacket potato and salad or veg all Syn free (ask for steak to be dry-fried).

You could keep your Syns for a dessert :) xx

if i did extra easy could i have the following meals:

BREAKFAST: Fruit and fibre cereal with banana and strawberries (HEXB)

LUNCH: Bulgur wheat with tomatos and onions and fat free natural yogurt and some grapes

DINNER: Steak with jacket potato and veggies (no butter)

PLUS use my syns on a slice of cake?

(HEXA) 250ml semi skimmed milk for my tea
