Hi, I've been on ww for just over 4 weeks now and have lost half a stone. However i've never had a week where i've stuck to my points 100 percent. I just thought this was quite strange and if my daily points should be a bit higher. I am 4 ft 11 weigh 12 st 6 and am 32, also don't do much exercise. don't get me wrong, im thrilled im still losing but don't want to get into a pattern and have my weight loss stop later on. any thoughts? x
