Day 4
Had the oatmeal this morning and have finally concluded that the ...porridge and oatmeal, are just PURE EVIL! :yuk:

Little bit fed up today and low, work has been really stressful and haven't been sleeping well, keep waking up? anybody have that when starting a VLCD?
it might just be the muggy weather or the stress.

I've got Zumba tonight which might relieve some stress and get some endorphins flowing :)

Day 5

was in a hurry this morning so went for a bar - the maple one . tis yummy but oh so sweet for a breakfast . wow!

on to my lunchtime shake - choc one - so gooooood!

bit worried about today cus usually at friends for tea, so gonna be the hardest day to control, as I don't want everyone knowing about it. I think they've had enough of me and dieting. It's hard cus they are of a fuller figure, and like there foods. It's hard to try be good and bring my own food. I will if I have to though. Ive worked too hard! It's just an awkward situation.

Must drink more water today. Have ordered some lemon with my next pack so hopefully that will make it easier as I hate water!

Zumba was fun last night but I was soooo out of energy earlier than usual. But expected. Glad I went. I still gave it all I had. :D

Your doing so great!! I don't like the oatmeal or porridge either lol

Hmmm to the tea situation!! What do they usually have? Suggest a stirfry! That's what I do :D xxx

Day 6 Done
:D

I made it another 100% day, and i went to a bbq, but its was at my brothers do was able to request chicken and had salad leaves and a bar afterwards :D
My new packs came through today. so ive got my lemon flavoring, it's nice to have a flavour to my water, but taking a while to get used to the powdery taste .

Day 7 tom then WI. dunno how will go though as It's TOTM, which is weird cus haven't had one for a year because of the pill. oh well!

Well done on staying on plan so far :) Ive also had a weird bleed and Ive not had one for over a year due to the coil. Been told its normal on a VLCD but its strange isn't it? Hope the rest of the weekend goes well :) xx

Thanks Ladies :) It really is strange after a year without. Its a proper annoying :( . Thanks the BBQ was hard at times, but suprisingly I felt so strong. It was weird. I had the chicken and couldn't believe how full i got so quickly. They even had loads of cans of pepsi max. my fav but avoided them. when i used to down like 3 lol x x x


Ive decided I will Weigh In tom, and I will drink loads today. Not been so good on the drinking front last couple days. Feel really bloated. Stupid TOTM. forgot how much I hate it.

Day 7
Choc Crisp Shake . didn't wake up till 11.30 ... hehe :D

Need to get to the shops and buy some more veggies. All i got is lettuce left lol but other half has the car. Think maybe request an ASDA trip laters. gonna get some big mushrooms and green peppers to stuff them with meals. also some turnip to do chips. Ive got some prawns too so stuff to do a stirfry would be nice. yummm. im suprised how much you can do on this diet.

My height is 5ft exactly, and my weight before WI was 11 stone 7 and now its 10.13 after this WI. I used to be about 14 stone before I started dieting :D x x
 
Well done Hun, that's brilliant. Am nearly same height as you but a lot bigger :-:)-(

Day 8

strawberry shake

mushroom pasta

stirfry with = prawns, leeks, mushrooms, green pepper, courgette, and spinach leaves . (my first proper protein meal without slim & save, can't believe i could eat it and am so full on it and it was so yummmmmmy! )

and later I will have a hot choc shake :D

Caramel Shake ... didnt expect it to be sooo sweet

Cottage pie stuffed in a large mushroom

and dinner will be spicey spag stuffed in a green pepper

then either a bar or will make oatmeal cookies

I dont know if its the diet, but my mood has been so erratic since started it. i know ive come on totm and im moody and tired and emotional. but i also have depression and im on meds for that but have felt really really low aswell lately :(
 
Sounds like a great day hun! All sounds very yum :)

Sorry to hear your feeling down, when I was on s&s for 10 weeks before I went abit moody and snapping at everyone.

Got curry and turnip chips for tea - cant wait :D

then a nice lemon yog bar


Ive had a few cravings today for food. The smell of toast was calling me earlier so I am going to check today, as may have been a bit lax on my milk allowance and make sure im still in ketosis
 
Haha oh theyll be fine! thats why they love us really :D

Toast is what most people crave and miss on s&s, i dont even eat it but its the one thing i wanted all the time lol very weird!! xxx
