Going to the cinema

1st time ever I will go to the cinema and not totally pig out on crap lol, taking my daughters tonight, bought them some little treats and im soooo jealous! i will be sat with my water, did an unofficial weigh in today and lost another 5 lb so that makes a whole stone lost so far, so thats gonna spur me on tonight when they are eating BBQ doritos lol

I'm going this evening with my wife and some friends. Trvrls, popcorn and fizzy drinks for them. Water for me. I could always go mad and put some fibreclear in it.

I always have fizzy water when I go out. It tastes nice and I reserve for these times then it feels like a treat Enjoy! xx
