Gold spot

I have read that a lot of people have trouble getting the listerine strips that are recommended for smelly breath.

My pharmacist said that you can also use Gold Spot breath freshener as it doesn't have citric acid in it.

This has also been confirmed by a friend of mine who is a nurse working at the manchester obesity clinic that deals with Lipotrim.

Hope this helps those of you who can't find the strips

Cheers for that!:)

Sounds good - I'll look for it when I'm next in the supermarket :)

Lol - that's a bit too forward for me though... ;)

thanks i have looked everywhere for listerine strips with no luck x

Found some, :jelous: gonna take a lil while to get use to LOL

thank you I've been searching for this information. So its the citric acids that have to be avoided eh??

You can get the listerine strips from ebay. I ordered some and they last for ages.

Gold Spot - they say No!

I wrote to LT people, see below:

Not a good idea. It can slow your weight loss and make you more hungry than you need to be. Gold Spot can also be a problem.

Subject: Advice Please re a product

Unflavoured Liquid Chlorophyll Ingredients
Pure Filtered Water
Chlorophyll Concentrate from English Alfalfa (Medicago sativa)
Methyl Paraben derived from salt (less than 0.01%)

I have read about the above product, is this fine to ingest (liquid or tablet form) when on a TFR stage.

I am aware of the masks that we are allowed to use (listerine and gold spot) but felt it was enquiring about this product as a remedy rather than a mask.

Many thanks
