Bought the recent copy of womens running and there's a good article in there about sugar and gi foods. Very interesting. It tells you how the body uses it's sugar and carb store and where they're stored in your body. Also tells youthat the extra sugar, when stored, is the hardest fat to loose!

you can get old articles online but not the new ones. they're still in december's issue online. i've bought issue 14 which is march 11!
