Hey guys! Just wanted to keep you all updated, although lets be honest, this is mostly for my benefit (all this self-expression malarky :D ).
So, it's day two of my re-start and so far it is going brilliantly! Day one was a proverbial piece of cake! I wasn't hungry at all, which is fab! I suspect it was mostly due to the fact that I'm still a bit poorly and have no appetite, but i'll take the win where i can. :)
I've just nom-ed my second shake (hot choc with coffee) and I'm downing my water like a thirsty person in the middle of the desert and I'm feeling great (bar the sniffles, coughes and wheezes lol) and I just can't believe how motivated and positive I'm feeling!
Someone replied to me in a previous thread saying to me that if i well and truly wanted this to work then I need to pull my finger out (of the fridge) and get my head in the game-or words to that effect), and I just though 'you're so right! what have I been thinking?!?!?!'. All I want is to feel good about myself and my looks and if that takes a couple months of LT then so be it!! I mean, I am seriously dirt-poor so what is the point in coughing up £147 a month if I'm just going to whine and give in?? Absolutely nothing!!!
So so far I am feeling marvellous and really strong and I can't even think about losing this good feeling!
I recently saved a bunch of 'thinspiration' pics onto my HD, put some good-feeling music to it (reflections of my life by marmalade-listen to it, it will make you feel so good about yourself, i'm listning to it right now!! :p) and i watch it a few times a day when i need a lift and to remind myself of what I want. Looking at those pics does make me feel somewhat wistful and yearning, but then I think 'soon I will look like that and be happy with myself'.

But, of course, my biggest motivator is being on this board and reading about all of you and your successes. You're all so brilliant and it really makes me feel connected-being in this with all of you.

So, today I did everything I needed to do, pay the bills, speak to various official people, booked my business meeting to talk about setting up a business account and getting a loan to do my driving instructors training, filled in my careers development loan application, etc etc etc. I already feel acomplished! :D

Anyway, i do have a tendancy to waffle on a bit (without the waffles, thankfully) so I'll stop now lol.

Anyway, I'm sending out the bestest of vibes to you all and hope you all have had/are having a brill day!!!

Well, it's officially the end of day2 and I'm still feeling v.pos, if pretty tired. Been sneezing loads as well lol, big fat sneezes too! Still shaking off this silly cold.

Quick question, has anyone had any problems with greasy skin? I didn't have it the first week i did this, but this time around my face keeps getting a bit greasy :S possibly because of the cold and all the liquids im drinking, but i was just wondering if it may be because of LT and if so, is it likely to continue?

On the greasy face front - mine has got a bit spotty the last week or two, but wasn't for the rest of LT, I think it might be the weather? Or the fact I've not gone to the steam room the last two weeks, hmm...will be back in the steam room on Wednesday!

You sound like you've got your head well & truly straight, good luck :) Keep busy for the first week & it'll fly by!

Morning everyone, start of day 3 and I'm still feeling pretty good, a little less perky perhaps, but still pretty positive. Had to make my boyfriend breakfast and a packed lunch today and had to stop myself from having a nibble of toast or licking the butter off the knife, not so much because i *wanted* to, more out of habit because that's what i'd usually do. But i stopped myself in the nick of time :)

Day three is supposed to be the start of the hardest couple of days on LT so I know I've just gotta hang in here because I know it'll get easier with time. I'm so freakin stubborn so hopefully that'll help.

To Gale- Welcome to the board! I'm sure if you asked any LT'ers they'd all happily tell you that Lipotrim is the way forward and one of the quickest way to lose weight. We've had people on LT who've lost 70lbs + in just a few months (some even as quick as 2 months!). Definatly do you research and hang around the board to see if Lipotrim is right for you though because it's not easy or espcially cheap (about £35 a week. Good luck and keep us updated!
